Wow, I am quite surprised by this move.
I know he scored an absolute shed load in Austria as those 93 goals and 38 assists in 129 league games prove, but he was also the top scorer in the Europa League this season with 8 goals and whom Red bull Salzburg in my opinion are a possible dark horse contender for the competition.
Just a little surprised a bigger European team didn't take him on, then again could they have matched the likely wages he will now be receiving in China.

anyone got any links to videos of this night - all the Alan is superman stuff - a colleague of mine is retiring soon and I’m doing a bit of a presentation for him and I’m trying to put together a bit of a compilation of the Alan chants, as that happens to be his name too.
