As it’s remembrance weekend and every game I’ve watched this weekend acknowledged it with poppies in the centre circle and a minutes silence why unearth did we not do anything yesterday for the game against Fulham??

Could be either. Remembrance Sunday is next Sunday though and it’ll be live on the box round the world on Saturday, so I would go for the Saturday for maximum coverage.

Why would we do it eight days before Remembrance Sunday when we play at home one day before it?

I think it’s because it’s a day after the actual Remembrance Day, but it’s always the game closest to the day whether before or afterwards.
