Renewing Blue Membership Cards

When can you renew the Blue Priority Cards, living away from Manchester wasn't sure if you can just turn up at the ticket office and renew them, I am bringing my daughter to Manchester Airport next week and thought I could call in and renew.

Are they on sale yet if not anyone got an idea when they might be.

Wonder what that will be? you can pay over 4 payments as it is going up to £100 a card. :(
