Given overall but new meaning Summer signing then probably Adebayor.

What are your thoughts on Steve Bruce and the job he’s done with Sunderland?

Bruce is a really good manager, what he did with Wigan was nothing short of brilliant. Its early stages at the moment but it looks like hes turning Sunderland into a top 10 side.

Do you think your team will be better than your bitter rivals Manchester United in a few years time?

No. Give it 10 years at least.

What do you think the outcome will be of the game on Saturday?

2-0 City, we need to take advantage of our position in the table and the misfortune for other teams around us in the table, which we haven't done enough this season.

Has any signing disappointed you?

Santa Cruz and Barry. Barry started off perfectly, but has slowly throughout the season fizzled out and is lost in some games.
RSC doesn't look confident when on the ball, I'll give him till the end of the season though to make a proper and fair evaluation, same goes for Gareth.

What do you make of Stephen Irelands continued absence from the Republic Of Ireland national team?

Not arsed. Its more beneficial for us really so I'm glad if anything.

Who do you think Manchester City should buy in January?

Our priority should be a CM, someone like Benayoun would be Ideal. Also a top class RB would make sense, Richards and Zabaleta I don't rate that highly.

How does it feel to be up there with the richest clubs in the world?

Every good thing brings negatives. Having a limitless ammount of cash to buy some of the worlds best if great but when other fans from other clubs excuse your club of buying the title, it obviously brings a downer on things. But more postives than negatives being rich.

Emmanuel Adebayor, signed in the summer from Arsenal, how do you rate his performances so far?

When when he's on form. Hes virtually impossible to play against. For his size however he doesn't win enough balls in the air which is disapointing, needs to improve on that if anything.

What is your prediction for the upcoming fixture?

Spurs. Well it should be tough, I'm thinking a 1-1 draw for this fixture.

Nigel De Jong since the takeover, this season its got to be Tevez, bit of a slow start but getting there now.

What are your thoughts on Steve Bruce and the job he’s done with Sunderland? Done a great job making them hard to beat, similar to job he did at wigan, but he is at the top level of his capabilities i think.

Has any signing disappointed you?Bridge, toure and Lescott have been average so far, not bad but more expected of them i think.

Darren Bent, rated him ever since he was at Charlton and I don't get why Spurs never gave him a proper chance. Been brilliant for Sunderland. Also Jones can be a pain in the arse.

I would love to see either Jose Mourinho or Guus Hiddink here but I think Hughes is up to the job.

I think we need to bring in a creative midfielder because we have never replaced Elano imo and a new right back is needed.

Started brilliant but although he still finds the net, he hasn't been as good since the suspension. I supose I can't complain aslong as he keeps banging them in though and he has been improving recently.

If 'Sparky' was to go, who would you want as his replacement? Guus Hiddink.

If you could have any Sunderland player on your team, who would it be and why? Lorik Cana or Michael Turner. Both very good, solid players.

Where do you think you'll finish this season, realistically? Between 5th and 7th but you never know, the race for Europe is more open than ever this year.

Which new signing has impressed you the most? I've always been a big fan of Joleon Lescott so him and Carlos Tevez from the summer ones. The 2 best overall signings though in my opinion, are Nigel de Jong and Shay Given, both top quality buys.

What are your thoughts on Steve Bruce and the job he’s done with Sunderland? He may be ex-United but he seems a decent enough bloke. He did a lot with Wigan and unearthed some hidden gems in Antonio Valencia, Wilson Palacios, Hugo Rodallega, Maynor Figueroa (who is linked with Sunderland) etc. and has signed some very good solid players at Sunderland e.g. Lee Cattermole (future England player probably), Michael Turner, Lorik Cana, Darren Bent and Fraizer Campbell. So I believe he could take Sunderland into Europe if he keeps going, Cattermole will bolster them when he gets back to full fitness.

Do you think your team will be better than your bitter rivals Manchester United in a few years time? It will take a long time. They're such a huge franchise in fairness and even with their financial problems you just know that someone will buy them out eventually :(

What do you think the outcome will be of the game on Saturday? This game is on the 19th December? It will be a close one, but I'm going to be confident and go with 3-1 City.

Has any signing disappointed you? A lot of fans have been slating Roque Santa Cruz, but he hasn't played much in fairness. Gareth Barry started off brilliantly but has looked poor in quite a number of games. A few of our fans have started getting on Emmanuel Adebayor's back recently for a lack of work rate, but we all know he is up there with the very best on his day.

What do you make of Stephen Irelands continued absence from the Republic Of Ireland national team? I actually think it will hold him back as a player to be honest, and I would like to see him resolve the matter and kick-start his international career again one day.

Who do you think Manchester City should buy in January? I'll leave that down to Mark Hughes and the owners. We can't go round brandishing names really. Yaya Toure would be a great buy buy Nigel de Jong is too similar and he is quality. Now it seems Robinho will stay, there isn't really any need in major bids for Franck Ribery or Sergio Aguero for example.

How does it feel to be up there with the richest clubs in the world? It's great to have financial backing these days, but I do miss the old City in a way. But at the end of the day, if the club is to move forward, then financial backing is needed.

Emmanuel Adebayor, signed in the summer from Arsenal, how do you rate his performances so far? A bit on and off, but when he puts the shift in he's awesome. We all know that when his tail is up, he is up there with the likes of Didier Drogba, Fernando Torres and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

I'd like to see Hughes succeed and I think one day he will bcome a top manager, however we've only won 6 games all season, which probably isn't good enough for someone who has spent around £200 million, so I'm firmly on the fence.

Malbranque always used to play well against us, and Bent has been on fire this season.

If 'Sparky' was to go, who would you want as his replacement?

The one and only Jose Mourinho.

Probably Darren Bent as a natural goalscorer, or Cana considering we don't really have a proper box-to-box midfielder now that Johnson is injured.

Depends how you classify 'new', your best mate Shay Given since the takeover, since the summer I'd say Adebayor.

Steve Bruce isn't the most popular man round these parts, but he seems to have made some astute signings such as Bent and Cana, Cattermole seems to have settled in quite well before his injury, but as with us in the past 2 seasons, you could probably do with a bit more consistency especially away from home. Important players like Kenwyne Jones seem to be effective at home, anonymous away.

Yes.

What do you think the outcome will be of the game on Saturday?

We should win, and therefore it will probably be a draw.

Has any signing disappointed you?

Many people have slagged off the defence, but it's not easy to get a defence to gel together, much more difficult than getting a strike partnership to gel for instance, it hasn't helped having such uncertainty over the right-back position either in my opinion. To answer your question I'd say Santa Cruz, I like him as a playand I think he'll come good, it's just frustrating that it's December and he's clearly not match fit yet.

It's a strange one, but as long as he doesn't let it affect him and he concentrates purely on City then it's fine by me.

A right-back, and pehaps a creative midfielder, there was a lot of division amongst City fans when Elano left.

How does it feel to be up there with the richest clubs in the world?

To know that we don't have to worry about money is still surreal, as is knowing how much money our owners have. I never thought I'd see us get these top quality players in their prime at our club, and if/when we get into the Champions League we will be able to attract genuine world stars. We've been struggling financially for years, and then one day out of the blue this takeover happened, sums up typical City!

Considering his service has constituted of mainly a long hoof upfield I think he has done very well. We need to play it on the deck to him like Arsenal did, and he will cause havoc this way.
