Jo will defo start at County IMO
hopefully he'll be able score against our league 1 opposition

2 interesting things about that squad announcement for me.

The first is that we should hopefully get our first chance to see Assulin in a City shirt - I look forward to seeing what he can do at City over the next few years.

The second is no Micahel Johnson or Alex Nimley in the squad, which suggests there might be the possibility of them making the bench for the Notts County game on Sunday. Could this be the start of Johnno's journey back to the first team? Who knows, but it would be great to see him back in the first team squad again after his trials over the last 2/3 years.

EDIT: just read that Nimley is injured.

Yep - seems unlikely.

Could be that he's scheduled for a loan move, could be that he's just working on his fitness after not lasting past 45 minutes in his 2 games so far. Who knows, but we can hope
