Restaurant raided in Manchester

I remember the Pizza Hut on the Snipe Ashton got raided.
It had just happened an hour before we went in.

The waitress told us, to explain why there was Police vehicle outside etc.
Without thinking, i jokingly said "Wow...how many Pizza's did they get away with?"

The poor girl didn't know if to laugh or cry.

I don't fully believe this, at the moment I'm about half and half.

I used to be a bit of a nobhead with watches and had a few very expensive ones until I realised they were a bit pretentious and attracted dickheads.
Sold the majority and put a couple aside for my son when he’s older and not worn one since.

I worked with a bloke who had a collection of fake watches, the usual TAG, Rolex etc off the market.
Someone asked him if he worried about being targeted by thieves... He said that thieves wouldn't be after fakes. He wasn't the brightest button in the box.

I imagine around 50% of expensive looking watches being worn by blokes these days have come via Turkey..

There was an article in the news the other day about a man in London who had been stabbed to death. Apparently he had been targeted for his "designer" watch which was actually fake. A security guard at the place he had been visiting tipped off a criminal gang. They all thought it was real.
