yes you can

but two problems

1. the feckers who did whatever you witnessed will likely get away with it.

2. police may charge you with wasting their time

Well the person who it happened to as now retracted her statement so its only mine left ,i also work nights so am not at home in the evening and have 2 kids and my missus is bricking it

I'm surprised this thread hasn't taken off. I don't know what to advise for the best, but I think there will be a lot of people on here who think they do.

Why not speak to the police and let them know that you're being threatened and abused as a result of your statement? They might not be much help but you never know. If my family was at risk I know I'd at least try.

Spoken to them ,but we dont feel very reasured by what they said ,it also seems we are they only witnesses left who have not retracted there statement .

Won't the Police drop the case if the person it happened to has retracted their statement?
