The level of customer service we receive is abysmal.

An email letting us know when to expect it would have been nice. They've left thousands of blues waiting all day! How hard would it be to say 'Thanks for applying, we're really busy, so chances are it's going to be late on Friday afternoon before we contact you about the ballot'.

Tip for anyone working at City reading this thread. Keep your customers involved in the process!
