The website says: "The Club will send an e-mail to all supporters who qualify based on their Ticket Points, and all supporters successful in the ballot on Friday 14th May to provide further clarity on the ticket purchasing process".
So if that's true there's no fuck off emails.

But it also says this:

Supporters who are unsuccessful will be placed in a balloted ‘reserve pot’ and notified in advance, by e-mail, of the ‘reserve pot’ and sales window.

What it doesn't say is when this email will be sent.
