Yes me. I screen-shot the confirmation on the page it showed my payment was successful as it had an order number.

Edit - also, I went back onto the ticket site and it does say the ticket I ordered is allocated to me on there. Have a check of that see if yours is there…

The next ballot will have a stipulation that only those who can provide the club with evidence that they have an iPhone12 can enter the ballot. In the meantime, there are plenty of bargains in the Club store for those unlucky in the latest ballot.

Got this too, not membership number next to my sons name, anyone know if the ticket office open , on the phone just music
 
Have already downloaded mine to Apple Wallet even though confirmation email hasn't arrived yet. Website was very clunky and had to try 2 or 3 times before it worked.

Me and my brother got separate tickets ourselves (couldn’t get them as a group) but my sister can’t get one, and she’s the one who entered the ballot

Had to come out, tried re-entering my card details in my profile (back in the queue for 12 mins) and then it went through. No idea why. Card details were the same.

I then ended the phone call. The hold music wasn’t the best.

I think some fans have to accept now in 2021 for games that have limited tickets such as this one or away games that there is a much bigger demand now with our expanded fan base and you may not be able to go every game and is it fair that you do go to every away game?

It shouldn’t matter how much you have spent or how long you have been going, a change of circumstances in life could happen to you and should that then be it for your chance of ever seeing the team at an away game again because you have dropped down the que?

Views diverge strongly on this but I think you make good points. The points scheme has limitations and, as you point out, if the scheme had been in existence from the before the technology became available, lots of older guys, like me, would have so many points, young people would really struggle to get tickets for away games.

The reason I don't have loads more points from whence the scheme began is purely personal circumstance, heavily tied to the fact the scheme largely coincides with my daughters' lifetimes and the fact that I have lived in the Oxford area since 1990, so a home game is a whole day away.

We all have our own stories and opinions, mine is that the points scheme is no longer fit for purpose. However, in the case of this game, I don't think it had any place in the allocation of tickets: regardless of points thousands of people would in normal circumstances have been guaranteed a ticket for the game and I think all those people should have been in the ballot.

Anyhow, I'm a happy camper as I have just bought tickets for me and Our Kid ,although the effing system made me have 4 attempts at paying!
 
No option to select print at home only mobile wallet. OK for me but the other two going have phones from the 1950's and the only apple they know is the one they used to give the teacher back in the day!
Hopefully club give some clear instructions as can't be arsed with queuing on hold for 2 hours to ask what to do
 
Not got the confirmation mail yet but the seat I chose is showing in my profile so all good. The next challenge is sorting out Apple Pay as I have a work iPhone but it isn't one of the apps allowed (I have a choice of about 100 mainly German apps). There is an old iPhone somewhere in the house so I'll have to set that up, which is a bit of a ballache.

Edit: confirmation mail and mail for ticket download now landed. I have to say that this morning has been a very smooth experience so kudos to the club.
