I have 4 seats in my people carrier and 2 double rooms available for the FA Cup final. Departing from Hyde at 6:30am on Saturday. I can pick up within reasonable distance. £20 per person to cover the fuel. Will set off back after breakfast (about noon) on the Sunday.
Accommodation is available at the Holiday Inn express Hemel Hempstead.
Rooms are Double plus sofa-bed, breakfast included. They are £65 per room, payable to hotel upon check-in.
I booked the hotel rooms shortly after the semi-final but some of my mates have either ducked out or made different arrangements.
The hotel is just across the road from Apsley station. A crowd of us stayed here for the last final against Stoke and it was a good hotel full of blues (and a few stokies). It takes about 20/30 mins on tube/train to/from the Wembley area changing at Harrow and Wealdstone or Watford Junction. Trains run until after midnight and then there is one about 2:30 am.
