No midnight last night for european transfers, only english clubs to each other today.

How can Rangers be still buying players when it wasn't a bank holiday in Scotland yesterday??

Because it ISN'T British clubs between themselves - the window is for registering players - European clubs can't register players but British teams can so transfers from European teams to British clubs are acceptable.

My question was that yesterday was a working day in Scotland, so why do teams north of the border seem to have dispensation to trade today as well?
