Try Thai is good. Also in Chinatown Hunan has interesting food, the Cantonese there is just ok but the regional Hunan food is tasty. The menu can be seen on line, if you are adventurous it's worth it. Popular with Chinese customers. Had a nice curry at the Radjoot in Albert square recently.

Just had a Groupon offer for My Thai £24 for 2 down from £59 including wine which I'd assume is just a glass each.

Maybe worth looking at if someone fancied going for a cheap bit of grub.
