Richard Dunne - one of the many things I'm sick of hearing

He needed the move, if he had stayed at City he would still be going downhill.

Im happy for him, huge respect.

we should have kept him thats obvious so far, imo, although they had a bad season i think hughes should have kept both our centre backs, thats dunne and onuoha, and got rid of the full backs

strange how well villa are playing with such a shit defender
in the center of there defence. could it be that the other defenders around
him at city where going missing......????????

We could have Beckenbauer,Moore,Watson and Terry Butcher playing for us but we'd still be letting shit goals in until we get a team formation and a coach that stops us getting hammered and exposed down the wings week after week after week.

The problem isn't the players-just the way they defend as a unit-or not as the case may be.

I said from day one that we should have kept him.

It was a huge mistake letting him go, Dunne has only ever being crap when Richards was next to him. Funny now he has gone, and is now brilliant, yet Toure has come in next to Richards and is supposedly crap now.

Totally agree, Dunnie should never have been sold. They should have sold Richards and now people are beginning to notice that there is no one around to protect Richards!! It is obvious Toure is fed up with Richards as he yells at him every match, points out where he is supposed to be but, of course, Mr Ego Richards totally ignores him!!

BRING BACK DUNNIE.
