Micah has always been a naturally big bastard, just needs to get his head wired into the game.

richards on the other hand is a pure athlete and last season his
power and speed got him out of trouble, he is not a natural defender
and is a bad reader of the game, so he is always caught off guard
and depends on his agility to get back and rescue the situation.

thats why you see dunne running around like a headless chicken
trying to cover for richards who is gone walk about. all this season
you can see richards head is not screwed on right, he's out of position
making half assed attempts to cut out crosses. richards needs to concentrate
100% or he looks like an average prem defender. just give him the benefit of the
doubt till this season is over. If he starts next season the same,......?
