What do potentially great players need? A great manager.

If he went to United he would be used properly and to his potential.

How have we not been using him properly?

He's been played in his favoured position (he's changed what that is twice) and given plenty of chances and not performed. Not just for a brief spell but pretty much for two years+.

Fergiescum aint a miracle worker. He didn't get the best out of countless players who did better elsewhere. He doesn't have some kind of midas touch when it comes to players, if they haven't got the footballing brain to reach the highest level, they haven't got it.

I will make no comment, other than I still think Richards has potential but this has to be the year for him to show more than potential

Richards is better than zabaletta as he is quicker,better in 1v1 but unlike zab he can go ball watching a little at times which people always seem to put against him,to me he should stay because if he goes to a club like man utd,i see becoming the next ferdinand but much better as he is way quicker than rio was and if he can learn how to read the game like prime rio could then he would be amazing.
