This guy is too big for his shoes. He should be concentrating on football not Rn B videos and Partys...Bellamy might not be the best player at the moment but at least he's scrapping his holidays to train for next season campaign. I'm not expecting Micah to give up his summer training(Not that he needs anymore training) as he's young and he'll want to have a break with his mates but his mentalilty should be on football and his job. If not after the 09/10 season he can go for all i care...we don't want another Sturridge on our hands do we??

Micah will also have a reduced holiday he has the little matter of the U21 Championship - OH yes U21's - he is a kid and deserves a life away from football.

Because he has been in the team so long I am sure people forget how young he actually is. He isn't the finished article still raw round the edges. I always thought Nedum was the better player and what I have seen this season firms it up however if Micah steps his game up we could have 2 of the very best defenders in the Premier League saving us millions in the long term.

Lol the guy is 20 years old, once he gets some consistency to his game he will become a great player

Well i hope he lays off the weight machines, big enough now.

He's got a new plyometrics workout designed to add pace and condition the body. Expect to see a different player next year, fingers crossed

Really? That's be much better, he looks far too rigid at the moment

What's wrong with appearing in a music video or even DJing? They train for a couple of hours a day and are allowed to have a life.

Nothing as long as the footballer in question is palying well. When micah was seen Dj'ing and playing like a dickhead he came in for some stick and that's got to be expected. IMO he's been playing well lately so it doesn't matter what he does in his personal life really
