The Richards transfer saga is beginning to annoy me, clubs always look to rip us off, I would tell anyone wanting to take him loan to feck off.

I blame Richards in some way, he wanted to run his contract down hoping a load of clubs would come in for him however it's backfired and other clubs don't seem interested.

He's third choice RB for us now.

It's nothing to do with the transfer fee

It'll be down to the fact he's on about £80k a week at City and no other club in the league would pay him half of that

He clearly doesn't want to play enough to take a wage cut so id expect him to see his final year of his contract out

If he wants to go out on loan get his contract extended and send him out on loan so we get a fee and he can prove to everyone he's the RB he was in the Mancini title winning season.

Hopefully we will get him out on loan with someone contributing to his wages. He needs regular playing time and unfortunately at the moment other clubs don't rate Micah as highly as he does. I suspect we won't be able to sell him and may have to contemplate letting him go on a free if we really want shut - otherwise it'll be a loan with those wages.

well theres hardly a clamour of clubs wanting him is there?

He will still go but it won't be to another Premier League club imho.

I can see a Barry type of loan being offer but with a bigger fee if he signs to that club he goes to. Let's be honest we won't know what will happen for a few weeks until then who knows what will happen.

No there's not but if it was a loan paying £40k per week there may be some interest. At present £4m fee plus £4m a year wages for someone who hasn't really played a lot for a few years obviously isn't attractive.

The only criticism I think is fair of meeks is his expectation he should be getting more football thus why he turned the clubs offer down, for him to think he should be ahead of zabba is nigh on delusional given their past couple of seasons. You have to question whether Micah has the stomach for the fight.
