If this is true, and its a big if, then Ricky Hatton is talking out of his arse. City will finnish in the top 8 this season, maybe even squeeze into Europe. We are in the last 32 of the UEFA cup with a good chance of progressing. In the Summer we will sign some quality players and challenge the top 4. Rick is a good guy, but a boxer & a businessman first, then a football fan. When I've spoken to him, he's not actually that knowlegeable about football generally, although he is a fan. I think because he's so prominent and supports our club, the media will always be looking for him to comment. Especially at the moment. Take what you read with a pinch of salt.
 
He should stikck to boxing and keep his small bit footballing knowledge between him and his rag mate rooney. What he knows about football you could write on the back of a stamp with a magic marker. Because hes a celeb doesnt mean you have to agree and looking at most of the posts that seems to be the trend.

OK hes a blue but it doesnt mean hes right. Come on boys you are starting to agree just for the sake of posting and its letting this good site down. Are we human or are we sheep????
