Right Back At City - Zabeletta, Richards or Glen Johnson?

I'll tell you what - I think Glen Johnson would give us more than either Zabelleta or Richards at right back.

Todays display is not a one off - and I know he's not the best defender in the world but what a team player he is - he displays the qualitys that our players are lacking..........and one of them is a killer instinct. He took his goal in a superb manner - hoodwinking Bridge on the way.

Zabelletas good but is he a better right back than Glen Johnson? I don't think so.

What does everybody else think?

Given the choice I would choose Johnson over Zab and certainly over our resident DJ. Johnson has always impressed me when I've seen him and would be a decent signing if they were willing to sell.

Our latest poll has two thirds wanting Hughes OUT so "yawn" is hardly an appropriate comment. "Why?" would be more pertinent...is it his boot camp training methods?

Zabelleta should be our right back. In my eyes he should not be playing in midfield. Plenty of passion, but he lacks the experience that we require in the middle of the pitch...

I quite like Johnson. He was their best player when we beat them at Coms last season & again in the 6-0 yesterday. I'd take him. He's a far better option than Richards. As for Zab, I think he looks better in the middle than he ever did at full-back. Not enough pace for full back for me.
