He's been indicted for rape, but under French law it still doesn't mean he'll necessarily stand trial. It's been ongoing for over 18 months now, & I'd imagine PSG wouldn't be looking to extend his contract, if he was unable to play.I keep saying it, but all people mention are his alleged "attitude" issues and r*** charges.
Hakimi is defensively solid, a good attacker, strong dribbler, and crosser, with an eye for goals/assists, and he has incredible pace! With one year remaining on his contract, we could get him on the cheap. Word was that he wanted out of PSG back when Mbappé, Neymar, and Messi were all there. I’m not sure if he still feels that way. PSG has prepared a contract extension as we speak, which he could sign any moment now—if he wants to stay at PSG.
Apparently, both parties agreed an extension in principle back in July & Hakimi says he's happy in Paris & looks foward to extending his stay beyond 2026. However, he's still not signed & there's little info available as to why...
