Right back options

I think the club want Livramento because he’s home grown and if Viana recruits using Data which he did at Sporting you look in the Premier league.

Livramento is top for a lot of stats last season. Hes also consistently been a very good 1v1 duel winner. For the money your getting one of the best 1v1 defenders
in the league

Which stats specifically?

Ground duels, Long passes , defensive recoveries and pass completion and dibbled past per 90.

He’s in the top 3 of stats for those last season. It’s most defensively he’s very good but can improve offensively.

Im not so sure that's correct.

For a long time I was desperate for us to sign Livramento, I really thought we needed him. But tbh now Nunes is playing so well at right back, and even creating goals from there, I don’t think we need another RB at all.

There are certainly positions that we do need to strengthen, but with Nunes (and O’Reilly at LB) I don’t think new full backs are a priority now, unless Pep decides to regularly start either Nunes or O’Reilly in midfield?

I'd just bring in Kabore as a straight forward back up to Nunes. No cost to us and can do a job, probably better than any cover we currently have. Can play on right side of midfield if we are short there too.
Obviously not of the standard of Livramento and other names touted but more than capable of playing in Cup games and short term cover.
We have other positions that may be more critical come summer with the possibility of one or all of Stones, Ake, Kovacic, Bernardo departing

Kabore is clearly not rated and what about Lewis who is clearly rated more ?

Not sure how well Lewis is currently rated, certainly not at the level of last season.
I'd say they are both similar enough, Kabore definitely better going forward but Lewis a safer midfielder.

Kabore?! I get your point about not buying someone and prioritising elsewhere but he’s nowhere near good enough.

I've seen hin play live several times and think he could do a job for us as a back up squad member.
I'm probably coming from a similar angle where I would have preferred to have kept Akanji as a player who can cover a few positions, not necessarily a first choice player, and have let Stones and Ake leave.

I like that, doubt the information but put forward absolutely no reason why. You will fit in well here.
Nah. I doubted it because many posters have posted stat comparisons multiple times. And Livramento was mostly average. Granted, he could have been basing his claims on a different stat collection site. But i have seen many from some of the most popular sites and he generally doesn't stand out. Here is an example of a comparison post below from another thread.
