who owns the moon if anyone - who will benefit from this Deuterium??
No one owns anything in space as it's something to do with an international treaty signed during the cold war (basically to stop it kicking of in space). And when we go back its going to be that expensive to set up a permanent base its going to be an international effort like the international space station. So who ever chips in is probably going to get the deuterium (were all right the UK & EU are well in there).
