im a manager for rent a clown, some clown(see what i did their) has given 3 months notice when we only require 1 month, he knew he would get put on garden leave as soon as he put his notice in and is trying it on, he wont be a big loss as his general clown work is shoddy and very unfunny, as for his animal balloons they are shocking, it wouldn't surprise me if he went to acas and tried to sue the company for funfair dismissal :)

A big mistake some employers make is that they don't actually check that the gardening leaver is actually doing 8 hours of gardening a day when on this leave.
