I could tell you a story or two about Wio...
I went out with a girl for a short while who was a cosmetics sales lady at Kendals for many years. Wio used to throw ‘parties’ and invite all of the girls from the make up counters at Kendals. Apparently he liked to spit roast a few chickens and serve them up whilst being videoed (allegedly). All whilst he was happily married of course.
Lovely guy and a great family man our Wio...

A few years there was an article in the DT about the players Christmas party. Camel lips was in charge and the article said the players were putting in £10k each. Camel gob was going to invite 'the best cooking girls in Manchester' and specifically mentioning the girls on the ground floor at Kengles.
They eventually got to an hotel by Granada Studios privately booked for the 'party'

Briefly it was a glorified orgy with happily married players getting their end away. Johnny F..ing Evans lived up to his name and ended up in a cell accused of rape, although he was not charged.
The whole thing was a sordid affair with Camel gob right in the thick of it but the whole thing was played down in the press despite having all the ingredients of a big big scandal story - sex money drink celebrity footballers.
I often wonder what United did to keep it so much out of the headlines.
Ferdinand was also involved in the gang bang in Agia Napa and had the audacity to try and get an injunction to hide more stuff but the judge made him list the 10 you mention.
I am not entirely sure but l think the judge said 'the dirty dog will not get his dinner here'.
