Well I've just seen the replay of the 4x400 and I'm still none the wiser as to why we were disqualified.
I will say Rooneys reaction after the heat was so ott that I think he knew something wasn't right.
Be nice for some clarification though.

Yeah he did and a lot of coaches and a few people around Bolt's camp supposedly want him to return to 400m. His PB is 45.28 from 9 years ago but his top end speed should allow him to do something in the 400m, Van Niekerk started out a 100m & 200m runner, sub 10 and sub 20 seconds for each and now holds the world record.

I don't know if anyone watched the heat for the 200m mens, but Gatlin was so unprofessional and stupid, he jogged the last fifteen metres and was looking around, he should have been in that final. Didn't help when he fecked up in the 4x100m sprint relay either.

The biggest surprise was the Japanese finishing second in the 4x100m, they raced brilliantly. I thought they might be disqualified for stepping on the line, but they got let off the hook a bit
