Same as. Trying to film something at night in a dimly lit street with a cameraphone = fail. The gist of it seems to be that it was a 16 year old girl, out in the middle of a riot (?) being arrested/attacked(maybe? Impossible to tell) and, going on the Morgan Freeman voiceover, it was a young girl. Perhaps she had been acting the ****, got arrested and was banking on the fact of her being a girl to get her out of trouble. Who knows.
