the army should be a last resort.........but then they could already be out there!
 
Just done my bit and paroled Ashton town centre with Bruno the bulldog. A gang of feral youths were eying the teacup ride up outside the market but scapered when mum called them in for tea.

Said this to someone else. For the life of me, I can't understand why they aren't using them. Blitzkreig type policing, but controlled.....I think it would be incredibly successful in this situation.
