Well I new David a little…mostly through the Facebook group we had, but having ditched Facebook a couple of years ago I’ve not been aware of how unwell he got.
He was an absolutely lovely fella, and let me use his tickets a couple of times for games when he wasn’t heading over.
So sad to die so young. RIP

Sorry for your loss, mate.

I had also chatted with David on occasion because we were unfortunately experiencing very similar health challenges. He was indeed a lovely fella and left us far too soon.

He deserves the minutes applause.

my uncle died last week aged 92 which is an age you can say goodbye but not 30

the day before my uncle died he named the 56 cup team
