RIP Denis Law

Sadly Denis for the last few years Dennis suffered from Alzheimers and dementia. A prolific scorer for both Manchester clubs and Scotland, he will be remembered for superb finishing skills and flamboyant play. The 1974 backheel against United stands out in memory. RIP a true legend

Following on from the loss of Tony Book, another sad day for our club. RIP Dennis

A true legend. One of the greatest Scottish players of all time. Always came across as a thoroughly nice and humble man.

assume the club will hold a minutes applause vs Chelsea. Hope they extend it to 2 minutes as each player deserves their own
Not forgetting Bobby Kennedy either. Three significant MCFC deaths in a week or so. Awful times.

Bobby was a member of City’s 1967-68 title squad for any Blues unfamiliar with his name.

I’d rather it was a minute’s silence, especially considering Skip was a very good manager, as well as a great player, who was associated with the club for nearly 60 years.
