RIP Denny Laine (ex Moody Blues & Wings)

So sad to hear of the passing of Denny who was the lead singer with the Moody Blues with "Go Now", a band who I still follow.
He moved to play with Wings and enjoyed a carrer with them.
RIP Denny.

Seen them twice over the years and both times at the Apollo and they were fantastic.

He certainly is and one of my wifes favourite all time records is "Forever Autumn".

I saw them at Bingley Hall, Staffordshire about 1978 and then at the Apollo about 1981/82 ‘Long Distance Voyager’ tour. Fantastic both times

Tbf, Hayward didn’t write Forever Autumn….but only his voice could have sung it….War of the Worlds is magnificent
