RIP Tudor Thomas

Met Tudor and his family at Maine Rd on numerous occasions was a true gentleman in every sense of the word
on one occasion after a match think we were still struggling in the lower divisions went to his room to be confronted by Alex Ferguson! Who was actually funny and had time to chat with anyone
you will be missed Tudor RIP

I was lucky enough to be able to attend Tudors Funeral service today as a friend of the family. Church was packed to the rafters and I have never seen so many explayers come together to celebrate the life of a great man. Tony Book, Joe Corrigan, Dennis Tueart, Peter Barnes, Joe Royle, Brian Kidd, Tommy Booth, Mike Summerbee, Gary Owen, Asa Hartford, Paul Lake, Richard Edghill, to name a few, and many more that were obviously players but not as noticeable over the years. Nice tribute by Danny Wilson on behalf of the club, and also nice of Alex Ferguson to attend the service. R.i.P Tudor.

I don’t know if many know but there is a Tudor room at the Ethiad, it’s invitation only, filled with memorabilia and a bar.
