I have a feeling he is being brought in to rotate on the right with Bernardo while Sterling switches to the left to rotate with Sane.

We then have two wingers for each flank one on each wing which likes to run out wide ( Sane & Mahrez ) and one for each side who like to cut in ( Sterling & Bernardo ).

It may be an combination of this and the players could even move into completely different positions such as Sane or Sterling up front as a lone striker or Bernardo slotting in to replace Silva long term.
