I get the sense with jorginho coming we will play a purely creative midfielder beside KDB. Whether that is Bernardo, Mahrez or Sterling I don't know. Jorginho strikes me a a deep playmaker . KDB is a box to box so makes sense to me to play one of the 8's futher foward.[/QUOTE
Ive got a feeling we may sign fred and jorginiho and mahrez .

So which 3 players of the current squad are you dropping to bring them in? Yaya, Zinchenko and who else?

For 3 to come in , the only other one who could leave really would be Bravo you would think. But what Home grown keeper is available. Other than Joe Hart which I can’t see happening funnily enough

In terms of natural ability, I don’t see a big difference in quality between Salah and Mahrez.

But Salah had a freak season where everything he touched seemed to turn to gold. He’s also playing in pretty much the perfect set-up for his style of play.

Even if we got a home grown keeper it wouldn't help unless he was club trained as we already have 4 home grown association trained players.

Only CT keeper out there who is good enough is Kasper Smeichel and he's far too good to sit on our bench. Think we'll keep Bravo at least until Muric is club trained in January.

Muric is already club trained I believe. He qualified in January

Angus Gunn.

I think it would probably be unfair to write off what Salah has achieved as a freak season. The man is obviously world class and would walk in to the starting 11 of any team in the world next season. I love Mahrez but you can’t make the same claim for him

Watching him play is enough to see that it’s not as freakish as it looks so +1.

I didn’t mean to infer that he isn’t an excellent player. I would merely be surprised if he comes close to reproducing similar form
and stats next season.
