Depends on the individual. I have a mate from Morocco. He doesn't hesitate saying he's from Africa. Gets a kick out of the confused looks people give him when they ask if he's Spanish or South American and says No. I'm African. :)Mahrez is from the Maghreb. I doubt he sees himself as African whereas Toure most definitely does.
The suburbs of Paris aren't part of Africa, as far as I know.Mahrez is from Algeria which is in Africa and is just as much African as YAYA pal so really don’t get your post I’m confused
Yes, bet that really pissed Yaya off. As far as I recall Yaya was virtually given a bye to that honour every year, for the previous six or seven, so no doubt considered it was his to keep forever & ever
My issue we need to sign him up before some of fucker does.. again wasn’t sure about him at 1st but he will help the squad a hell of a lot as we can rotate a lot more all across the midfield/forwards area which will keep everyone fresher than they were last year get it wrapped up ASAP city please!
If he jumps ship then his heart wasn't on playing for us, so no biggie
I wouldn't necessarily go along with that. Sanchez had his heart set on playing for us for a long time, probably about a year. In the end circumstances changed and felt he had no choice but to go elsewhere. If this drags on and becomes risky, Mahrez may feel he can't risk another year at Leicester and needs to get out. We're not blameless in this situation. If he jumps ship then his heart wasn't on playing for us, so no biggie
Just responding to a poster who keeps thinking he might jump ship :)Second time you've mentioned him jumping ship. Is there something going on that we don't know about?
