I get pissed off with these people who have no idea as to how transfers work,the complexity,the number of people involved,how payments will be made,time scales etc.Click your fingers and hey presto its completed.
If only transfers were that easy.
A brilliant negotiator.He wont get everything right,as we`ve seen,but in most failed transfers there were circumstances way out of his control.

Agree with this however the nature of the player has a big influence. Any smart player has his agent and a lawyer and that is all you really need. The reality is some have an army of hangers on all looking to justify their involvement and squabble over fee's. Makes transfers very difficult.
