That's because he plays on the left like Grealish, but you can train Great players to play both wings. Otherwise you're looking for a player who plays there regularly. Chiesa is another one - but he's had injury concerns recently. Moussa Diaby and Kudus are other shouts.

Personally though isn't it better to stick with what we have and pushing Mebude and Bobb through at RW?

Bobb looks a better talent than Olise, Barnes and the others mentioned. He's mustard.

We won’t it’s peanuts for a player of that quality that provides so many goal and assists. Would be looking at trebling that and no suitable replacements come to mind

we got similar numbers from Alvarez and he was half that. Wouldnt say its impossible. 30m+ for a player at 32/33 is a decent deal tbh
