If Robben is fit he wins you trophies. I didn't see much of him last season, but unlike some very high profile players this is a player who performed right at the very top in the biggest of games and tournaments.
 
I've seen the pic on Facebook, looks legit but could easily be photoshopped. Could the Bayern media team have tweeted and deleted?
 
It would be funny as fuck if we walked away from trying to sign Sterling & got Robben instead.
 
This is why the close season is hell when there's no World Cup or Euro's to distract people. Twitter abhors a vacuum and has nothing to do but make shit up all fucking summer long.

On my phone unfortunately. It's been posted in the comments section on the Evening News Facebook page for City, somebody screenshotted it, if legit the tweet itself was posted 6 hours ago.
 
I can't believe there's a Robben thread!!
As people will know I'm not an itk and never will be, however I got talking to chap today who was a city fan and we got talking about transfers. First about pogba, then out of the blue he said we'd " signed Robben", I laughed and said "don't you mean we're after DeBruyne?" "No" he said "Robben!!" and went on to say a deal had been agreed a couple of months ago.

I questioned him several times and asked how he knew, he wouldnt tell me his contacts name, but assured me he was already a city player. My last words was that I'm going to put a tenner on it in the hope I'd bring some sense into the conversation......he said "I would".

He also mentioned about a Portuguese lad, a youngster who was supposedly the next tranny.....although he had no name, maybe he was talking about Lopez?

Anyway I'd thought I'd mention it as its a bit of coincidence really. I wanted to believe him so maybe I was a bit gullible, although I'm decent at working out a liar and he was telling me what he thought was the truth.

Don't understand why so much emphasis on cost.... 1. Since when has cost bothered us... 2. 24m gets you next to nowt nowadays anyway..
