Came home this afternoon and switched on BBC final score the presenter was asking Fowler to make a statement regarding a opinion he had voiced regarding a incident in the Spurs-Chelsea game.Fowler was told the beeb had been contacted by people complaining about something he had said.
No idea what Fowler had said, was it that bad plus just how many had complained.

Its because the BBC are investing in coverage of women's sport i.e football / netball to try and increase participation in communities, so I doubt it was anything personal, a thing of 'just in case' really.
