Another victory for our xenophobic media who will soon turn their attentions back to Mancini.
To pose some questions:

Which manager won nothing last year, blew an 8 points lead, and crashed out of an easy European group at the first stage?
Which manager wasted £133m by signing Bebe, Smalling, Powell, Jones, De Gea, Kagawa, Buttner, Young, Henriquez..none of whom are good enough for a top four side
Which manager presided over a team which has already lost five times this season and conceded 28 goals in all competitions.
I'll give you a clue: He's the one the press pack sang Happy Birthday to!

I'll give YOU a clue: He's also the most successful manager in the history of English football, you muppet.

Don't think there's any need for that. He's got a point had it been Mancini or any other manager that had done that the press would of hounded him or them.

Re: sacked

Would love Danamy's thoughts on the sacking ...

Re: sacked

The disruption can only be good for us, except the downside is that it has come before the January transfer window. Any new manager going in will demand a budget for players in Jan. And if they get Falcao, and a central defender, then we have a real challenge on our hands.

Be thankful for Sheikh Mansour lads, if Roman was our owner we probably wouldn't of won the title last year simply because he would have sacked Mancini after Arsenal Away

I love Roman. I imagine him as a Bond villain sat on a yacht in the middle of the ocean stroking an oversized cat whilst dispensing with managers.

I'll never be able to look at him the same now. Funny.

I heard a whisper Roman's going to manage them himself. Cut out all the middle men.

Yeer heard the same too.. Its to save some cash! - Their is a recession on after all!

-- Wed Nov 21, 2012 9:33 am --

Do we think this will help us in any way come Sunday?..I know sometimes its mad how a team can be getting battered week in week out and then as soon as the manager is sacked they then win the next game..

However it's not like chelsea were getting battered week in or week out.. Just from an organisation/tactics point of view surly this has to go in favour! Is Terry still out?
