Can't answer in one word and asking that makes the thread largely pointless.
The pros:
An experienced manager used to managing a top team in one of the biggest leagues.
He's shown he can get points against the smaller clubs.
Seems to have good tactical awareness.
Has tightened up the defence significantly.
The cons:
Seems to divide the players.
Not quite so good against the bigger teams.
Not a great record in Europe as a manager.
His seemingly cautious approach is not one that City fans particularly like.
Overall I don't think he's enough of an improvement over Hughes to give us a shot at the title so NO.
