On a serious note now....Bob had it all with us and if he had accepted the structure in place and agreed to work with it, he wouldn't have got the boot imo. He ultimately bit the hand that fed him and he can blame nobody but himself for how things panned out.

I don't disagree mate but it is what it is. You employ lads and they do it your way, that's how it works when you are an employee and if you don't like it you go.

Is it the right way for us as a club to do it? I want to say yes. Coaches instead of managers, all teams playing the same way with natural progression from junior sides up to the first team and no disruption when a coach moves on because the next one is ready but it does put a lot of pressure on the D of F and he has to get everything right for it to succeed.

Right now we have a Championship winning squad but we can all see there are some glaring issues that need to be fixed and quickly and its falling increasingly at Txiki's door to get that done if he and the club wants coaches and not managers.

I assume that as a successful former manager of ours many people still have a lot of time for him and wish to keep tabs on how he's doing.
