I was rooting for Italy because of Mancini, what a guy, what a manager, even when Italy had superstars they were for most part circumspect in their approach but he transformed them into an attacking and attractive side. Good luck to him

Me too, I was happy to see the back of him. He is arrogant and mard arses if he doesn't get his own way.I couldnt wait to see the back of him,but you have to give him huge credit for the fantastic job he has done with Italy.Clearly club management has taught him plenty,and even more credit to him for learning from those experiences.
He mas made Italy a functional if unexceptional team and was fortunate that his functional and unexceptional team happened to be in a poor quality tournament when other countries teams were in transition.
