The club have still to make an announcement in response to press reports that Robinho has sold his material possessions in the UK and that he has no desire to return to play for Mnchester City.
It's beginning to look that we are likely to avoid the legal route in due course in favour of unloading him wherever we can for the best possible bid.
I'd say that we'd be lucky to get £15m for him from South America (that assumes in instalments) and that Spain still looks the best destination.
Whatever happens, I'm sure Robinho will never play for us again.
In the meantime Marwood, Cook, Mancini and co need to be active now to find two creative midfield players and one top class goalscorer in readiness for the 2010/2011 campaign.
