get rid of Robinho. I like many think he can be world class on his day, but then when i think about it, if your only world class on your day, which isnt the majority of the time, then your not world class are you?

Hes clearly been a problem for Hughes and i think who would i rather see in my side, Craig Bellamy or Robinho. Bellamy is much more direct, he creates more goals and he is a better finisher. Forget the work rate, i think in terms of the premier league, Craig Bellamy is more likely to win you football matches.
FFS, Hughes cant handle players like Robinho, Elano and Adebayor. You cant bin players off just because you cant handle them, and Mancini can handle them, so were keeping him and he will be world class...

did u muppets slag kinky when he went missing when we went to div 2

Kinkladze was also incosistent and had he not have been he would be regarded as one of the best players of all time. However, the difference between kinky and robinho is that even when kinky wasnt playing well, he always worked hard, and he caused no trouble in the dressing room.
If we're likening him to Kinki will he end up at Derby, hope so. I bet he'd still be bleating on about being the best player in the world.
A few moments of brilliance over a season don't make you a player, the same debate over Robinho was being had 2-3 years ago amongst Madrid fans. He will never amount to 1/11th of a team!

I think, given the way Wenger binned off Adebayor tells its own story. I think if you look back over the years, there have been very few players that Wenger has sold who have gone on to have their better days away from Arsenal.

Hughes not being able to handle Robinho off the field shouldnt affect his performances on the pitch, but Robinho will ALWAYS be inconsistent no matter what manager he plays under. He will never go down as one of the all time greats as he so craves because he doesnt perform consistently enough for us, or brazil, and he never did so with Madrid.

Would you rather have craig bellamy or robinho in your side?

For now, Bellamy.

But Id want to see how Robinho performs under Mancini as I feel he will do better under a more 'big brother' type manager.

And these kids have egos that you cant imagine, they're in their 20's and emensley rich. They think they are brilliant, imagine yourself in that position, unless you were VERY respectfull then you'd have at least a bit of an ego. Then, especialy when youre being sniffed out by other clubs, willing to pay similar wages and offer more, if you have an ego you start to think that you dont have to perform because you can go to any club you like, for all of his life he has been praised and rewarded ludecrosley for being talented, so from an early age he has thaught that he can do anything he likes.

Its not a good thing, but its a part of football, and if you want to be a big club then you have to praise and pamper these twats as quite a lot of talented players have egos bigger than the moon.

I'd take Bellamy every day of the week right now.
I'm a season ticket holder and I can honestly say I've looked forward to nothing more than seeing what tricks Robinho will do in every match, and I've been very patient with him, I've stuck up for him when other people were slagging him off.
The thing is, Bellamy gives you more in every area of the pitch, he gives you pace, work rate, a good ability to track back and get his foot into tackles, and he has a drive and desire to win, only matched by De Jong, Tevez and maybe a couple of others. I think Robinho is one of the most naturally gifted players ever to play in the prem, but being naturally gifted doesn't mean anything if you wont turn up and play against Birmingham away, let alone Spuds!!
If Robi decides he wants to play under Mancini, and i mean really play, then great, i will be the first person to welcome him back into the team, but if he doesn't then he needs to leave.

In the premier league you cannot have anyone in your team being "carried", it's not like international football where you can have a player in a free role, and you can have 1 player in your team who doesn't have to track back after every attack, international football isn't as quick or physical as the prem.

Basically, Robi needs to decide if he's a city player or not, if he means what he's said recently about wanting to win the league with us the brilliant, but he needs to pull his finger out, starting against stoke on saturday, because i get the feeling he's going to be in the team, hopefully not instead of Bellamy.
