Robinho?

I don't think most can argue he is not a class player but if he had knuckled down and had grown some cojones (you could say like Silva has done) he would still be here and loved by all.

Prepare for the Robbie bashers to tell you how shit he is and was.

Great player, another one that we wasted.

Precisely. How many times this Season have we been crying out for his world class pace & skill combo to break up the; mundane, sideways, stilted, crap we've often endured?
Him, Bellamy and Tevez were brilliant together - that's why the jury is still out on Mancini for me.............................

He was a special talent that doesnt come along very often - thankfully we have Barry and Milner to make up for it!

pace ?? the lad stood still doing stepover after stepover while the defence organised itself !!
the lad wasnt as good as he thought he was , took way too many touches,
and when he realised this wasnt gonna be the robinho show, he lost interest
definatly not a team player at all ,similar to tevez but tevez does win games single handedly ,and harass defenders

I'll bring you back to my quote from a while ago.

Silva is the player Robinho would have been if he'd have had any bollocks.

Edited that post for you mate lol

cheers haha, i think it was terrible how we hounded him out, its happened to many times in our history with many good players... Georgi Kinkladze, Nicola Anelka, Elano.

tevez could also be going this way, as to kolarov and dzeko

absolute garbage post. The fans never turned on him, and in fact the fans were unbelievably good to him given that he did not tackle, did not put much effort in, did a runner from the training camp, regularly gave interviews saying how unhappy he was, and could not wait to get away - despite that I cannot remember him getting any concerted stick at any game. I fo one loved him, I just wish he had loved us. We are a much better TEAM without him and frankly David Silva pisses all over him as a committed Premier League player - similar build, but with a far better attitude
