I feel a bit of an outsider, but am intrigued as to why you think FC are the ones to have taken the money??
Rochdale are the home team and therefore the team who decides whether to accept the fixture being moved for TV coverage..... yes FC will get a share of the money....but the decision was 'dale's......

Hopefully they will stand by their morals then and give the share to charity. Good on them if they do but i'll not hold my breath.....

The fans boycotted a game because it moved for an internet channel yet they've no issue with a Friday night on ESPN. They're hypocrits!

Apparently FC were just going to not accept their share of the TV money from ESPN (but presumably still play tonight) because they don't believe in receiving that much money for playing football. This is apparently their big thing that they dont like about the Premiership.
Can only assume that their consciences disappeared when they saw the cheque!
