Disagree - as in yes obviously Kovacic is going to play there as he is a central midfield correct! But John will be needed in the middle too as things go on . . .Nowhere near good enough.
It's Kovacic, pointless conversation.
A combination of Kovacic, Gundo, KDB and Rico is the best we have to cover central spaces.

Fuck off, you absolute fucking bellend.Arteta has Partey, Rice and Jorginho. Liverpool has Endo as a back-up. At least they have someone. Our midfield is crap without Rodri, but it’s up to the club who did nothing.

You can't replace Rodri anyway. There's no one on his level that we could buy in January. Why waste money now.

Yep it's not on the official website ?Why have we all suddenly accepted that Rodri is out for the season without an official club statement. ? I'll prefer to wait until its official rather than hang on the words of these City hating click bait BASTARDS!
I think we'll see Pep sacrifice one of the attacking players and go to two holding midfielders. Why try and cover for Rodri with one player when he's the best in the world at what he does? It will likely take 2 players to make up for it in that area of the pitch. IMO anyway.
A line-up like:
