Kovacic can easily fill the position imo. But I would also like to see one of the youth team break through and dominate. Either way the depth and tactical knowledge of pep leaves me in concerned. Yes we will lose a match or 2 but it would be arrogant to assume we win every match even with our best starting 11.

Kovacic is class but suggesting he can easily replace the world’s best holding midfielder is a shambles of a comment. Grow up.

Kowing our predicament, I'd be be surprised if they don't deploy Guimaraes, Tonali, and Joelinton in midfield against us. Irrespective of who we play in there, that combination will be both aggressive and powerful.

At last some common sense the way some are going on we could be in relegation battle!! Keeping kovacic fit is now key he will have to be rotated with gundo very often to try and keep him protected.
