so strange until this morning I was like 99% sure it will be Vin Junior, due to the media reports, all the hype etc. what a fucking day and turnaround. it was ages ago that its wasnt a Real or Barca player won it. apparently Kaka in 2007 when it wasnt either Real-Barca-C Ronaldo or Messi...
such a big thing for PL and the brand, wonder how the british media will "celebrate" it. guess it will be shock and undeserved how not V.J. won it?
imagine Salah was winning it or Saka, next day Richard Masters would have an unexpected media conference trying to milk this exposure and congratulate for hours. wonder what we get, another dozen of charges for something we may not did back in Shinawatra days...
When the rumours started and City posted the Rodri video, that's when I knew he had it.

I have had my fair share of shite opinions on this site, but my crowning moment will always be how I was praising him while (more than) half the forum seemed to think he was a nothing player in 19/20.
It was obvious for all to see what a terrific footballer we had signed and he has reached a level very few have ever reached.
I posted a few years ago, maybe during the treble season that in my opinion he was already the greatest midfielder the Premier League had ever seen, and I had him up there with Lothar Matthäus and Frank Rjikaard as one of the best midfielders in history. After tonight that isn't a wild opinion, it is actually a conversation he has forever cemented his name into
